Juliet is a mixed culture blonde ale fermented in our puncheon, or nano foeder, a wooden fermentation vessel, that has been inoculated with a, now house culture, of a Norwegian kveik yeast, Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces. After fermentation, the beer was transferred to stainless and refermented on the skins and juice of fresh raspberries and blackberries. 500ml bottles
